Booking rules
Preliminary booking:
If making a preliminary booking you have to be able to give us an answer if we contact you. If not you might loose your reservation.

Canceling reservation as private guest:
24 hours before arrival at the latest. No charge.

Canceling reservation for groups: (3 or more persons)
0-5 days before arrival. If not 100% ot total amount is charged.

Payment:
Cash or credit card at arrival. We can also send invoices.

Responsibility and other things to know
Cleaning:
The guests clean out the rooms before checkning out. Extra cleaning costs 150SEK.

Damages:
The guest is responsible for any damage on the house and may have to compensate.

Smoking:
Smoking is forbidden inside the house and if a guest breaks that rule he/she will have to compensate for any costs that might be.

Fire alarm:
Our fire alarm system is directly connected to the fire brigade and if any guest removes or by purpose makes it go off he/she will have to compensate any extra costs.

Pets:
Pets is not allowed in common rooms. We have a few rooms where we allow pets. Extra cleaning from the guests is required before checking out.
